I wish I had known that progress doesn’t always look linear—sometimes growth happens in unexpected ways, and that’s okay. (성장이 항상 직선적이지 않다는 걸 일찍 알았더라면 좋았을 것 같아요. 예상치 못한 방식으로 발전할 수도 있다는 걸요.)
I’ve learned that soft skills like communication and adaptability are just as important—if not more—than technical expertise. (커뮤니케이션이나 유연성 같은 소프트 스킬이 기술적인 능력만큼이나, 때로는 그보다 더 중요하다는 걸 뒤늦게 깨달았어요.)
I also wish I had understood the importance of networking earlier. Relationships really shape your opportunities. (인맥의 중요성을 좀 더 일찍 알았더라면 좋았을 것 같아요. 사람과의 관계가 기회를 만들더라고요.)
